    The agreement establishes a framework for Dyna.Ai and OFFTEC to identify joint opportunities and deliver AI solutions tailored to the requirements of OFFTEC’s clients. Through the alliance, Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI platform – including voice and text-based agents and AI Employee solutions – will be made available to OFFTEC’s client base across banking technologies, payment systems, and IT infrastructure.
